A few things parents usually ask
What are the shirts actually like?
A soft, cotton-touch jersey with a little stretch (93% polyester, 7% spandex, the fabric all-over printing needs), mid-weight so it never feels flimsy, and the print won't fade after washing. The pattern is printed into the fabric itself: front, back and sleeves, seam to seam, so there's no plastic square on the chest to crack or peel. Prefer the drawing kept whole? The Original style prints it big on the chest instead, on a colour drawn from the artwork. The full size chart is on each item before checkout.
Is it really my child's drawing on the shirt?
Yes, stroke for stroke. Nothing is redrawn, nothing is "improved". Only the paper background goes; every line stays exactly as their hand made it.
How long does delivery take, and what does shipping cost?
Each piece is printed just for you: 2–5 business days to make, plus shipping. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Shipping is free on every order. Order about 2 weeks ahead for a birthday.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you simply don't buy. The preview is free and takes about two minutes. You can also re-upload different drawings anytime.
What if the photo of the drawing isn't great?
A phone snap on the kitchen table is what most people send. Shadows, angles, a bit of a crease all come out fine. Faint pencil is the only thing that struggles; if it's barely visible on paper, it'll be faint in the pattern too. You'll see it in the preview either way.
What about returns?
Every piece is one-of-a-kind, made for you, so we can't restock it. But if your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it free.
How does the family-bundle discount work?
